PARTIES
1. Mr. Hitherwguys, the Plaintiff, is a citizen of the State of Ridgeway.
2. Mr. CyberdCyane, the Defendant, is a citizen of the State of Ridgeway.
JURISDICTION
1. Article V, Section IV of the Ridgeway State Constitution empowers this Court to hear
“all civil or criminal cases or controversies”.
ALLEGATIONS
On or about the date of 24 January 2024;
1. Plaintiff was peacefully and civilly conducting his business as a citizen of the State of
Ridgeway and as an employee for the StudsPerSecond company.
2. While driving towards the Sterling Bridge, the plaintiff is approached by Mr.
LukasMarkosify who had asked the plaintiff for a “lift” to the Sterling Car Dealership.
3. Plaintiff, Mr. Hitherwguys, stopped his vehicle by the Sterling City Gas station to speak
to Mr. LukasMarkosify.
4. Defendant, Mr. CyberdCyane, without saying anything or any provocation from the
plaintiff, equips a Stetson M2-A and open fires through the slide door opening of the
StudsPerSecond vehicle.
5. Plaintiff, Mr. Hitherwguys, is killed almost instantly by the automatic gunfire coming
from the defendant.
6. A nearby witness to the situation, Mr. LukasMarkosify, a Resident in the State of
Ridgeway, comments “Bro Why” in response to Defendant’s actions.
7. Defendant, Mr. CyberdCyane responds to Mr. LukasMarkosify with “Mb” (inteperted as
“my bad”) displaying the realization of his mistake.
On or about the date of 24 January 2024;
8. Plaintiff, Mr. Hitherwguys was located at the County Hall in the City of Palmer and was
peacefully and civilly conducting his business as a citizen of the State of Ridgeway.
9. Defendant Mr. CyberdCyane can be seen approaching the Plaintiff with a Micro
automatic firearm.
10. Defendant, Mr. CyberdCyane open fires on the Plaintiff without saying anything or any
provocation from the plaintiff.
11. The plaintiff, Mr. Hitherwguys, is almost instantly killed by the gunfire coming from the
defendant.
12. The defendant, Mr. CyberdCyane can be then seen fleeing the scene after causing the
death of the plaintiff.
TORTS IN QUESTION
1. 1 R. Stat. § 209 - Wrongful Death
PRAYERS FOR RELIEF
1. Plaintiff prays the Court finds Defendant liable for the aforementioned torts.
2. Plaintiff seeks monetary relief amounting to $1,000 in punitive damages and $125 in
compensatory damages.
a. $500 for 1 R. Stat. § 209 - Wrongful Death (Line 1-7)
b. $500 for 1 R. Stat. § 209 - Wrongful Death (Line 8-12)
c. $125 for the Plaintiff’s legal fees, which includes the court’s filing fee.
3. Plaintiff also seeks any additional relief as deemed appropriate by the Court that is not
requested herein.
EVIDENCE
1. Exhibit A - Defendant shooting and killing Plaintiff during the situation in question as
alleged in Lines 1-7.
2. Exhibit B - Defendant shooting and killing Plaintiff during the situation in question as
alleged in Lines 8-12.
3. Witnesses will be presented during the discovery phase.
