No. RSC-CV-2181 SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT It is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the parties as follows– 1. Enforcement. This Agreement, upon being stipulated, agreed, and entered into by the parties, as well as decreed and approved by this Court, is enforceable at law. In the event that either party does not abide by the terms of this Agreement, this Agreement shall be considered null and void and the action be immediately restored to the docket of this Court. 2. Severability. In the event one or more terms of this Agreement are found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in force. 3. Payment. In consideration for this Agreement, Defendant agrees to pay Plaintiff two thousand dollars ($2,000) via automated teller machine (ATM) transfer. 4. Waiver. The parties waive any claims or counterclaims against each other in connection with the events alleged in the Complaint or Answer to the Complaint. 5. Status. This action is to be dismissed with prejudice under Ridgeway Rule of Civil Procedure 28(a)(2). 6. Counterparts. This stipulation may be executed in counterparts and when taken together shall constitute one original document.
