SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY ARTHUR_CHEN, Plaintiff, v. BLISSFULLMOTION, Defendant. No. RSC-CV-2181 COMPLAINT Arthur_Chen, by and through undersigned counsel, hereby bring(s) this civil action against BlissfullMotion and alleges that– INTRODUCTION 1. On or about January 21, 2024 at 3:12 PM Eastern Time, Plaintiff Arthur_Chen (hereinafter “Chen”) was confronting lockware (hereinafter “Lock”), a tourist, who possessed a police-grade assault rifle and held up the Sterling Heights Gun Club. 2. Defendant BlissfullMotion (hereinafter “Blissful”) was outside the gun store along with Chen, armed with a pistol. 3. Chen commanded Lock to put down the rifle, and when he failed to do so, Chen went into the store, and then arrested Lock. 4. Chen and Lock were then killed by Blissful, and Blissful took all of their belongings and took off in a vehicle with great haste. JURISDICTION AND VENUE 5. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to Article V, Section IV of the Constitution of the State of Ridgeway. 6. Venue is proper in this Court because the events described in this Complaint occurred within Ridgeway County. PARTIES 7. Plaintiff Arthur_Chen is a resident of the State of Ridgeway. 8. Defendant BlissfullMotion is a resident of the State of Ridgeway. CAUSE OF ACTION (Wrongful Death) 9. Plaintiff repeats and realleges the allegations contained in all preceding paragraphs as if fully set forth herein. - 1 - This is a document filed in a mock court in the State of Ridgeway on Roblox.com, and does not constitute real-life legal advice in any way, shape, or form. 10. Defendant Blissful shot at and killed Chen at the Sterling Gun Club on or about January 21, 2024 at 3:12 PM Eastern Time without legal cause or justification, and wrongfully caused the death of Chen. PRAYER FOR RELIEF Wherefore, Plaintiff prays that the Court– a. Declare that Defendant wrongfully killed Plaintiff; b. Award Counter-Plaintiff actual damages; c. Order Defendant to apologize to Plaintiff for wrongfully killing Plaintiff; d. Award such other, further, or different relief as may be just and proper. Respectfully submitted.
