Mxrlsx, proceeding without counsel hereby brings this civil action and for their
allegations against the Defendant, it is alleged as follows:
STATEMENT OF FACTS
1. On the 20th of January, the defendant arrives at Sterling Heights Gas Station responding
to an ATM robbery.
2. The defendant would then go on to block the plaintiff, Mxrlsx, in his car detaining him at
around 01:53 (1:53am EST).
3. Plaintiff asks for a supervisor and is then taken to RSCO Sub-Station by the defendant
where he would be detained for around 17 minutes and booked for § 4.10 - ATM Fraud at
02:10 (2:10am EST).
VENUE
1. Venue is proper as the incident occurred within Sterling, a municipality situated within
Ridgeway County, and thus subject to the jurisdiction and laws of the State of Ridgeway.
PARTIES
1. Mxrlsx is a citizen of the United States of America.
2. L3_G0 is a sworn Trooper of the Ridgeway County State Police, and a citizen of the
United States of America.
TORTS AND PRAYERS FOR RELIEF
1. The Plaintiff is suing the defendant for the following torts:
a. 204 - False Imprisonment
b. 313 - False Arrest
c. 401 - Official Misconduct
2. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for Tort 1 be as follows:
a. $3,500 in ingame currency in punitive damages
3. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for Tort 2 be as follows:
a. $2,000 in ingame currency for punitive damages
b. $500 in ingame currency for compensatory damages
4. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for Tort 3 be as follows:
a. $3,000 in ingame currency in punitive damages
