PLEA AGREEMENT
The State of Ridgeway, specifically the Department of Justice (hereinafter "the State"), and
Defendant have entered into an Plea Deal (hereinafter "the Agreement"). The terms of this agreement
listed below will be effective immediately upon approval of this Court and this Agreement being rolled
into a court order.
Terms and Conditions
1. The Defendant agrees to plead guilty to Count One (§5.08 Unlawful Possession of Government
Issued Equipment), Count Two (§5.02 Unlawful Possession of a Firearm with Intent to Sell),
Count Three (§5.08b Unlawful Stockpile of Government Issued Equipment) and Count Four
(§5.01 Unlawful Possession of a Deadly Weapon).
2. In exchange, the State will recommend a sentencing described later herein as a collective penalty
for Count One, Count Two, Count Three and Count Four:
a. Sixty minute imprisonment within a state facility
b. $3,000 fine paid to the government
3. The State gives consent, as defined within 1 R. Stat. § 2313, for the expunction waiting period in
this matter to be decreased from 6 to 3 months.
4. The State shall surrender the right to the prosecution of any crimes arising from this incident in
the future.
5. The Defendant shall surrender their right to appeal upon ratification of this agreement.
6. The Defendant acknowledges that no threats have been made against them, and that the
Defendant enters into this Agreement freely and voluntarily.
Consent of the Defendant
I, the Defendant, hereby agree that I have consulted with my attorney and fully understand all rights with
respect to the Information. I have read this Agreement and carefully reviewed every part of it with my
attorney. I understand this agreement and I voluntarily agree to it.

Consent of the State
