Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and
therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNT ONE - 3 R.C.C. § 06 - INVOLUNTARY MANSLAUGHTER
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
On or about the date of Aug. 5, 2023, Ev_ansx was brandishing a Firearm in front of the courthouse near
Techiey, mandatorymorale, the dead body of MasonRockefeller, Derogatoryy, and CertifiedDavid, and
then Ev_ansx fired one shot at andysofun, who died instantly. When asked whether it was an accident,
Ev_ansx replied with “yea”, going on to say that he was eating. The accidental part can be affirmed by
Ev_ansx saying “mb g” after he fired the shot, claiming it was a misclick. The crime of involuntary
manslaughter only has to be proven by showing that either the killing was a disregard of life, or that the
killing was a result of ignoring obvious or known risks, not whether it was intentional or not.
