are true. Your affiant has probable cause to believe that on 08/05/2023, at Palmer Courthouse in
Ridgeway County, State of Ridgeway, defendant Ev_ansx committed one or more criminal offense(s):

The act of committing murder in the course of committing or attempting to commit
kidnapping, burglary, robbery, arson, obstruction or retaliation; or of committing
murder of a peace officer or civil department employee discharging a lawful and
official duty, with the knowledge of the person being a peace officer or civil
department employee; or of committing murder with malice aforethought.

Your affiant, being duly sworn, depose and state that the facts supporting this belief are as follows:
1. My name is Ma_rces, I am currently a Special Agent within the Ridgeway State Police’s State
Bureau of Investigations. I have been employed by the State Police since August 30th, 2022. I’ve
been a law enforcement officer for over a year now. I’m a former Ridgeway Park Service Senior
Park Ranger and served as a Full-Time Ranger. I was also formerly employed within the Ridgeway
County Fire Department as a Master Firefighter within the Search and Rescue Division. I am a
certified peace officer by the Law Enforcement Training Center and graduated as Class 8.
2. This statement is made in support of a criminal complaint against Ev_ansx for violations of the
aforementioned statutes
3. On 08/05/2023, Complainant andysofun observed the defendant displaying a civilian-grade Wesler
shotgun. Whilst the defendant was conversing with an unknown individual, the defendant Ev_ansx,
who was still brandishing the shotgun, fired and struck the complaintaint killing him instantly. The
defendant then quickly put his shotgun on his back and stated the following; “mb g” and “misclick”.
Following these statements, the defendant proceeded to reload his civilian-grade shotgun.
4. On 08/05/2023, the Ridgeway State Police’s State Bureau of Investigations was made aware of the
actions of the defendant. As a result, Special Agent RJView was assigned to investigate the
incident, but was reassigned to Special Agent Ma_rces.

5. The investigation continued, interviews were conducted with the complainant and the defendant. In
an interview in which the complainant was questioned and information gathered from their initial
criminal complaint, they stated they were at the Ridgeway County Hall waiting for a magistrate
judge for a case the complainant was prosecuting. In Exhibit A, the complainant goes on to say the
defendant, Ev_ansx, proceeded to walk up to the complainant, whilst brandishing a civilian-grade
Wesler then almost ten to twenty (10-20) seconds later, the defendant fired his Wesler, striking and
killing the complainant. Proceeding the killing, the defendant stated “mb g” and “misclick”
indicating that the killing was accidental. In the second video, found in Exhibit B, the complainant
approached the defendant and had asked if the killing was really an accident, in which the
defendant responded with “yea tbh i am eating noodles” and “so good” in which the complainant
responded with “really” and “ah and you just accidentally fired” and “ok”, in which the the
defendant responds with “mb tho”.
6. In the interview with the defendant, the defendant stated that they were conversing with other
individuals outside the Ridgeway County Hall, when the defendant dropped a bowl onto their
mouse causing them to fire their weapon. Prior to this incident, the defendant had no known
interaction with the complainant.
