PLEA DEAL AGREEMENT TOWARDS DEFENDANT NICESKULL309
The State of Ridgeway comes forth with an agreement laying out recommendations on
sentencing. The Terms of the Agreement are as such.
Terms of the Agreement
The terms of the agreement are as such:
1. 3 R.C.C. § 10, Second-Degree Murder, a Felony (Count 1), shall be dropped by the
Government.
2. In exchange, the defendant pleads guilty to Counts 2 and 3, all Misdemeanor counts.
Waiver of Appeal
By signing this agreement, the defendant will admit guilt to the aforementioned counts and
waive their right to appeal the proceedings. Because I have not given permission, there is no reservation
of appeal. See Rid. R. Crim. P. 12(b)(6).
Recommended Sentence
Upon the signature of the agreement, the Government will recommend a term of imprisonment,
and miscellaneous penalties as such:
