CRIMINAL INFORMATION
Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and therein charge
the defendant as follows;
COUNT ONE - 3 R.C.C. § 10 - SECOND-DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
On or about the date of August 29, 2023, all defendants named collectively herein have engaged in the intentional
and overt act in furtherance of a collective criminal conspiracy to execute seifmaker21B41 on the basis of
“snitching” (As the victim (seifmaker21B41) alluded to in an interview), and as a result, all three (3)
co-conspirators have shot seifmaker21B41 to death and immediately fled the scene in a White van. All
co-conspirators were wearing a vest with the acronym “OM”, an organized crime group that operates in the State
of Ridgeway. This count is directed to all defendants named herein.
COUNT TWO - 5 R.C.C. § 05 - UNLAWFUL DISCHARGE OF A FIREARM
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
On or about the date of August 29, 2023, all defendants collectively named herein have engaged in an overt and
intentional act in furtherance of a criminal and a murderous conspiracy to execute the aforementioned victim for
snitching, and as a result, all co-conspirators listed in this information have shot and killed the aforementioned
victim without a legally justifiable reason to do so. All co-conspirators named herein were wearing a vest with
“OM” on the back. “OM” is an organized crime group that primarily conducts illegal business within the State of
Ridgeway. This count is directed to all defendants named herein.
COUNT THREE - 6 R.C.C. § 04 - AIDING AND ABETTING
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
On or about the date of Aug. 29, 2023, co-conspirators Peblitoo and devpedia have engaged in a criminal
association with niceskull309 in order to lynch (Murder) the aforementioned victim for snitching. All
co-defendants have shot and killed the aforementioned victim with the two (2) co-conspirators playing a part in
the murder. All co-defendants (niceskull309, Peblitoo, devpedia) have a vest with “OM” appended to them. OM is
an organized crime group that conducts its illegal business with the State of Ridgeway. This charge shall be
directed to all defendants collectively named herein.
COUNT FOUR - 5 R.C.C. § 01 - UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A DEADLY WEAPON
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
On or about Aug. 29, 2023, all co-defendants have engaged in an evil plan to murder the aforementioned victim
(seifmaker21B41) on the sole basis of snitching, shooting and killing him and fleeing the scene thereafter.
However, co-defendant Peblitoo was in possession of a Solami, a weapon with more than fifteen (15) rounds of
ammunition, therefore making the possession of it unlawful under Section 4.1(a) of S3-22 (State Firearms Act).
This charge shall be solely directed to Peblitoo.
