Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and
therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNT ONE - 3 R.C.C. § 09 - FIRST-DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
On September 8th, 2023 at the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office Headquarters, Nazarstacs killed
Deputy Arthur_Chen using a Stetson M2-A while Arthur_Chen, an on-duty law enforcement officer,
was executing a lawful duty by attempting to apprehend Nazarstacs for prior criminal offenses.
Being authorized to prosecute the offenses charged, I approve this information.
