Your affiant, being duly sworn, depose and state that the facts supporting this belief are as follows:
1. I have been employed within the Ridgeway State Police since August 2022. I’ve been a Law
Enforcement Officer in Ridgeway for over a year now. I’m currently a Sergeant within the Ridgeway
National Guard, Military Police Detachment. I am a former Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office,
Internal Affairs Investigator. I was formerly employed in the Ridgeway Parks Service as a Full-Time
Ranger. I am a graduate from LETC Class 5, known and experienced Law Enforcement Officer.
2. This statement is made in support of a criminal complaint against nazarstacs for violations of the
aforementioned statutes.
3. On September 8th, 2023 at 23:53 hours, the Complainant’s vehicle was hit by an individual by the
name of “nazarstacs” who is also known as the defendant in this case, an attempt was made to pull
over the suspect pursuant to the Ridgeway Vehicle Code however the suspect failed to stop the
vehicle and proceeded evading from a peace officer, after they have reached the Sheriff’s Office
Headquarters the defendant had seen an opportunity to murder the complainant in the first degree
as he was on foot.

are true. Your affiant has probable cause to believe that on 09/08/0223 at Sheriff’s Office Headquarters
in Ridgeway County, State of Ridgeway, defendant nazarstacs committed one or more criminal
offense(s):

3 R.S.C. § 9 FIRST-DEGREE MURDER
The act of committing murder in the course of committing or attempting to commit kidnapping,
burglary, robbery, arson, obstruction or retaliation; or of committing murder of a peace officer
discharging a lawful and official duty, with the knowledge of the person being a peace officer; or of
committing murder with malice aforethought.

4. Based on the evidence provided to your affiant and after an interview conducted between your
affiant and the complainant, a final analysis was conducted by your affiant which makes him
believe that defendant nazarstacs committed First Degree Murder.
The evidence of which were referenced in the aforementioned statement are as follows.
