WAIVER OF TRIAL RIGHTS
I, TALAN10101, the Defendant in the above-styled prosecution, waive my right to make
an opening statement, call witnesses at trial, and make a closing statement. The intended effect of
this waiver is to allow the judgment of this Court to be based on the Government's case as my
prior counsel did not submit any evidence or disclose any witness favorable to my case, and
therefore I cannot mount a defense to the allegations against me. I believe that any statement that
I could direct my attorneys to make on my behalf would be prejudicial to my defense. I have
consulted with the undersigned attorney and have had the opportunity to consult with
independent counsel about the terms of this waiver.
