GRAND JURY INDICTMENT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY:
The GRAND JURY, for the County of Ridgeway, State of Ridgeway, duly selected, empanelled, sworn, charged,
and organized as such at the AUGUST Term, AD, 2022, of the Ridgeway Superior Court, upon their oaths present
in and to said Court at said term that CARDINALMONTERRUH, hereinafter styled Defendant, be hereby
charged as follows.
COUNT 1
FIRST-DEGREE MURDER
R. C. C. § 3.09 / FELONY
On or about the date of September 18th, 2023, at the Government Annex within the City of
Palmer, utilized a B1014 shotgun while active as a National Guardsman to discharge one round
of ammunition at Lieutenant Governor mandatorymorale, killing him instantly. The defendant
did this action with malice aforethought; in doing such, he planned the killing of Lieutenant
Governor mandatorymorale prior to executing it, and then committed an overt act in furtherance
of the plan.
COUNT 2
AGGRAVATED ASSAULT CLASS II
R. C. C. § 3.02c / FELONY
On or about the date of September 18th, 2023, at the Government Annex within the City of
Palmer, defendant CardinalMonterruh, utilized a deadly weapon while intentionally and
knowingly threatening another individual with imminent bodily injury. Supporting the Class II
definition, the defendant did such to a public official, that being the Lieutenant Governor
mandatorymorale.
COUNT 3
UNLAWFUL DISPLAY OF A DEADLY WEAPON
R. C. C. § 5.03 / MISDEMEANOR
On or about the date of September 18th, 2023, at the Government Annex within the City of
Palmer, defendant CardinalMonterruh, was in possession of a B1014 on the National Guard
team. The defendant then unholstered his gun, displaying it in plain view of others at the
Government Annex
COUNT 4
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
R. C. C. § 6.05 / MISDEMEANOR
On or about the date of September 18th, 2023, at the Government Annex within the City of
Palmer, defendant CardinalMonterruh, engaged in unruly behavior by discharging a shotgun at
Lieutenant Governor mandaotrymorale. In doing such, he contributed to the vandalism of
windows on the exterior of the Government Annex
AGAINST THE PEACE AND DIGNITY OF THE STATE.
