GRAND JURY INDICTMENT
BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY:
The GRAND JURY, for the County of Ridgeway, State of Ridgeway, duly selected, empanelled, sworn,
charged, and organized as such at the AUGUST Term, AD, 2023, of the Ridgeway Superior Court, issues the
following true bill of indictment.
COUNT ONE
Aggravated Battery - 3 R.C.C § 05b - Felony
On the 22nd of July, 2023, at the Ridgeway County Hall, kqitos used a deadly weapon, being a Fire Axe, to
intentionally cause bodily injury to MiaAbstract, another person who was at the Ridgeway County Hall. This
was done by striking MiaAbstract with the fire axe once, without legal justification, while MiaAbstract was
holding out a Protest Sign.
COUNT TWO
Unlawful Display of a Deadly Weapon - 5 R.C.C § 03 - Misdemeanor
On the 22nd of July, 2023, at the Ridgeway County Hall, kqitos displayed a Fire Axe in his hands, which is a
weapon, in the plain view of MiaAbstract. This weapon wasn’t in a holster or unequipped. This weapon was
being displayed by kqitos without any legal justification, and kqitos wasn’t engaging in lawful self-defense or
the lawful defense of others.
AGAINST THE PEACE AND DIGNITY OF THE STATE.
A true bill.
