FINDINGS OF FACT

1) On or about the date of 08/08/2023, an administrative investigation was launched into
Conxtro for multiple violations of the Ridgeway County Transit Authority Handbook.
2) Hincu567 was assigned to his case
3) Hincu567 completed the case and recommended a termination for the punishment
4) The case was approved, and Conxtro was to be searched by a member of the Search
Committee
5) JamesGardai was assigned to Conxtro’s search.
6) JamesGardai asked Conxtro when he was available for a search, where he then stated he
didn’t understand what he meant.
7) Conxtro then stated that he didn’t know why he was being discharged, which
JamesGardai said that he knew why.
8) JamesGardai then asked Conxtro when he was available for the search, which Conxtro
constantly kept saying that he was “checking his schedule” and to “let me check”
multiple times.
9) JamesGardai then went into the game, found Conxtro who was in game, and asked him
face-to-face when he was available to do his search.
10) Conxtro then said in game that he has to go because his mom was going to turn off his
internet.
11) Conxtro subsequently left the game.
12) Conxtro in DMs then said after JamesGardai asked when he was available that he would
not be available for the next few days.
13) JamesGardai asked why, and Conxtro said that he was “taking a vacation”.
14) JamesGardai asked Conxtro if he planned to submit an LOA request to his command, and
to that he said that “I do not work here.”
15) JamesGardai then consulted with department management and division command on
what to do, which they stated to go ahead with an administrative court hearing.

RECOMMENDATIONS
1) Dishonorable discharge from the Ridgeway County Transit Authority with a 4 month
employment ban.
