GRAND JURY INDICTMENT
BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY:
The GRAND JURY, for the County of Ridgeway, State of Ridgeway, duly selected, empanelled, sworn,
charged, and organized, of the Ridgeway Superior Court, issues the following true bill of indictment.
COUNT ONE
Government Vehicle Theft - 7 R.V.C § 25 - Felony
On the 8th of July, 2023, at the Ridgeway National Guard Headquarters, WGT05 intentionally got into
Da_BeastlyMan’s Palmer Police Department Patrol Vehicle, which was a Palmer Police Department Percivel,
being used by Da_BeastlyMan who was a peace officer employed by the Palmer Police Department on that day,
and WGT05 intentionally took the Palmer Police Department Percivel from Da_BeastlyMan and drove the
vehicle away from the area Da_BeastlyMan was at, without permission of the Palmer Police Department or
Da_BeastlyMan. WGT05 did this after Da_BeastlyMan exited the Palmer Police Department Percivel and left
the doors to the Palmer Police Department Percivel unlocked, allowing WGT05 to enter and take the vehicle.
AGAINST THE PEACE AND DIGNITY OF THE STATE.
A true bill.
