RECOMMENDED JUDGMENT
In accordance with Rid. R. Civ. P. 37(a), a Default Judgment is rendered when a party “failed to plead or
otherwise defend”. Within this case, the Defendant, Ev_ansx, refused to participate in this court's proceedings,
while additionally failing to even acknowledge the basic actions and orders delivered by this court. Therefore, I
recommend this court accepts the Plaintiff’s Motion for Default Judgment, and the Defendant is found liable for
violating 1 R. Stat. § 3109, and ordered to pay the Plaintiff $1500, compensated by 8/16/2023.
RECOMMENDED ORDER
The court enters a Default Judgment granting all reliefs requested by the Plaintiff, and the Defendant is
compelled to pay the Plaintiff $1500 delivered by 8/16/2023.
SO ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED.
