Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and
therein charge defendant 13mmSocket as follows;
COUNT ONE - 3 R.C.C. § 10 - Second-Degree Murder
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
On the 15th of July, 2023, at the Oakland Residential, 13mmSocket intentionally killed simbuilder132
using the Micro Firearm. 13mmSocket did this after lying in wait behind a wall and then proceeding to
shoot and kill simbuilder132 with the firearm.
Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and
therein charge defendant 404codey as follows;
COUNT ONE - 5 R.C.C. § 04 - Brandishing
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
On the 15th of July, 2023, at the Oakland Residential, 404codey while not acting in self-defense, in the
presence of simbuilder132 and 13mmSocket who are two other people, exhibited the Micro Firearm in a
rude and threatening manner. The manner the firearm was exhibited was rude and threatening as the
firearm was exhibited after 404codey left simbuilder132’s home after entering without consent, and
while 404codey was running toward simbuilder132 after just breaking into simbuilder132’s house
without the permission of simbuilder132.
