GRAND JURY INDICTMENT
BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY:
The GRAND JURY, for the County of Ridgeway, State of Ridgeway, duly selected, empanelled, sworn,
charged, and organized, of the Ridgeway Superior Court, issues the following true bill of indictment.
COUNT ONE
Aggravated Battery - 3 R.C.C § 05b - Felony
On the 16th of May, 2023, at the Ridgeway County Hall, ToastedPueri intentionally caused bodily injury to
seIystia and used a deadly weapon to cause that bodily injury, the weapon being a Fire Axe. The bodily injury
was caused when peace officers showed up at a scene where ToastedPueri and seIystia were fighting and it was
at this moment when seIystia disengaged in the fight with ToastedPueri. However, ToastedPueri continued
striking seIystia with a Fire Axe, causing bodily injury constituting Aggravated Battery.
AGAINST THE PEACE AND DIGNITY OF THE STATE.
A true bill.
