Recommended Memorandum and Order
The plea agreement is ACCEPTED by the court, and consequently the Defendant is found guilty of one
count of R.C.C § 4.08 (Arson), with count two (R.C.C § 5.01) Unlawful Possession of a Deadly Weapon nolle
prosequi. Pursuant to the terms of the aforementioned agreement, the following sentence is ordered:
- The Defendant will serve 15 minutes imprisonment; and
- $600 in restitution shall be paid to the victim, andrewdecker1
SO ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED.
