Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and
therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNT ONE - 3 R.C.C. § 09 - First-Degree Murder
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
On the 17th of June, 2023, at the Palmer Car Dealership, Iamthebestlaith killed Ridgeway State Police
Peace Officer Trainmann20 using a Stetson M2-A, while Trainmann20 was executing a lawful duty by
attempting to apprehend Iamthebestlaith for a criminal offense.
COUNT TWO - 5 R.C.C. § 08 - Unlawful Possession of Government-Issued Equipment
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
On the 17th of June, 2023, at the Palmer Car Dealership, Iamthebestlaith possessed a Stetson-M2A,
which is a piece of police-grade equipment, in an off-duty and civilian capacity.
