Officer Penguin was the subject of an administrative hearing, and the Internal
Affairs Division was given permission to seek a general discharge. Officer
Pengun blocked me from Discord after I sent him a direct message on the
platform. My Sergeant was keeping up with DMing him every day on the search,
per my order. Penguin did not respond when my Sergeant repeatedly DM'd him
each day in an effort to give him the chance to merely get a general
discharge.
Officer Pengun is still armed with the entirety of his department loadout;
thus, the Internal Affairs division has asked the court to order him to submit
to a departmental search. In addition, we seek the court's to allow us to
dishonorably discharge the officer for several SOP and code of conduct
violations.
