Come forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and therein
charge the defendant;
COUNT ONE - FIRST DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE: FELONY
MAX SENTENCE: 35 MINUTES
On the 6th of March, 2023, on the road which links the City of Palmer and Sterling Heights, near the
bridge at the Ridgeway National Guard Base, the defendant killed TheVillageLion, who was an on-duty
peace officer employed by the Ridgeway State Police, using a Stetson M2-A and with the knowledge that
TheVillageLion was a peace officer.
COUNT TWO - FIRST DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE: FELONY
MAX SENTENCE: 35 MINUTES
On the 6th of March, 2023, on the road which links the City of Palmer and Sterling Heights, near the
bridge at the Ridgeway National Guard Base, the defendant killed Matrix_oc, who was an on-duty peace
officer employed by the Ridgeway State Police, using a Stetson M2-A and with the knowledge that
Matrix_oc was a peace officer.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
I am Detective Arventize currently employed within the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office under the
Criminal Investigation Division which is responsible for working closely with the district attorney’s
office with the intent of working forward with prosecuting criminals as well as further bringing justice to
the state of Ridgeway. I have held a number of positions within the State of Ridgeway that goes to my
credibility as my knowledge of the law and investigations. To elaborate, I currently maintain the position
of Senior Instructor of the Law Enforcement Training Center which is responsible for teaching the next
generation of law enforcement officers standard procedures of the aspect of law enforcement as well as
case law/precedent. I have accumulated one year of service, soon to be approaching two. I also served
in the Special Investigations Unit under Lieutenant TH3GH0U1 for about two to three months and
gained my investigative ribbon for dedication toward cases. The Special Investigations Unit had a
number of major cases which shows the knowledge the investigative team held. Additionally, I was
previously employed in the Special Response Team under Lieutenant OmniGalaxy which gave me insight
into criminals and how to properly conduct search warrants and secure them in a responsible but safe
manner.
On March 9th, 2023, Defendant Burtvu had been captured on recording committing a series of murders
which have been outlined above. The individual can be held on all of the crimes and further reasoning
will be given in the next sentences. As provided in Exhibit A, at the beginning of the clip, the individual
can be seen equipping a Stetson M2-A which is only permitted for those who maintain employment
within a law enforcement agency and maintain necessary certifications. Defendant Burtvu does not meet
those requirements. After Defendant Burtvu disembarked from their vehicle and equipped their Stetson
M2-A he continuously fired at Trooper TheVillageLion and Trooper Matrix_oc which caused severe
harm to the individual and there was malicious intent behind it as Defendant Burtvu immediately
disembarked from the vehicle and discharged their Stetson M2-A at officers with no hesitation.
Defendant Burtvu caused enough damage which resulted in the death of Trooper TheVillageLion &
Trooper Matrix_oc. While in the commission of these crimes, Defendant Burtvu were also brandishing
within city limits as well as unlawfully discharging their firearm as they had no legal means to do so in
the first place but then further used it to commit numerous crimes which are prohibited per the
Ridgeway State Database.
