THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY RIDGEWAY SUPERIOR COURT andysofun, -against- BinxHere, Defendant. Case No. RSC-CV-1009 CIVIL COMPLAINT Presiding Judge: Tony_Giordano andysofun, proceeding without counsel hereby brings this civil action and for their allegations against the Defendant, it is alleged as follows: STATEMENT OF FACTS 1. On the 16th of April, 2023, BinxHere noticed andysofun at BloxMart buying a firearm. 2. After andysofun bought a firearm, BinxHere followed andysofun out of BloxMart and ran behind him. 3. BinxHere then demanded that andysofun answer his questions for a survey. 4. While andysofun was standing still typing a response to BinxHere’s questions, BinxHere took out a fire axe. 5. BinxHere then proceeded to hit andysofun with the fire axe multiple times, dealing around 50 points of damage to andysofun, through the fire axe. 6. Andysofun then fired a gunshot at BinxHere in an attempt to scare him off, but he kept chasing, and andysofun eventually was forced to fire more gunshots using his Salvo to get BinxHere to stop attacking him. 7. BinxHere was eventually stopped from attacking andysofun by the police, but andysofun had already been harmed by the defendant who used a fire axe against him. 8. From the defendant hitting the plaintiff multiple times using a fire axe, without the plaintiff’s consent, the plaintiff had harmful contact inflicted on him by the defendant, constituting the tort of Battery. 9. The plaintiff never gave consent for the defendant to harm him. VENUE 1. Venue is proper in this Court because the alleged actions took place in the City of Palmer, which is subject to the laws of the State of Ridgeway. PARTIES 1. Andysofun is a citizen of the State of Ridgeway. 2. BinxHere is a citizen of the State of Ridgeway. TORTS AND PRAYERS FOR RELIEF 1. The Plaintiff is suing the defendant for the following torts: a. 1 R. Stat. § 3102 Battery. 2. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for Tort 1 be as follows: a. $2500 in punitive damages.
