charge the defendant;
COUNT ONE - FIRST-DEGREE MURDER

On the 12th of February, 2023, at the Palmer Police Department, the defendant killed CheezIt110, who
was an on-duty peace officer who was discharging duties, using a Micro, with the knowledge that
CheezIt110 was a peace officer.
COUNT TWO - FIRST-DEGREE MURDER

MAX SENTENCE - 35 MINUTES
On the 12th of February, 2023, at the Palmer Police Department, the defendant killed AhmadKapalot,
who was an on-duty peace officer who was discharging duties, using a Micro, with the knowledge that
AhmadKapalot was a peace officer.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
I am Detective II Impediage with the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division. I
possess a large amount of Ridgeway Law Enforcement experience through multiple law enforcement agencies,
accumulating over sixteen (16) months of law enforcement experience within the Ridgeway State Police, Palmer
Police Department, and the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office. In addition, I have been employed as a Detective
for the Criminal Investigations Division for over ten (10) months With this experience in mind and with the
resources provided to me as a Detective, I have identified the following criminal charges to have been
committed by Defendant sniiperace:
On the date of assignment, being 02/12/2023, or February 12th, 2023, the Criminal Investigations Division
personally summoned a complaint on defendant sniiperace in response to his unlawful actions committed at the
Palmer police station. After there was some commotion causing Detective CheezIt110 to investigate outside the
courtroom, he was met as the victim of a shooting after being charged and ambushed by defendant sniiperace,
who was in possession of a Micro-uzi which he used to murder Deputy First Class CheezIt110 with, while in his
official capacity as a police officer during the incident. After shooting and killing Deputy First Class
CheezIt110, defendant sniiperace is identified shooting and killing civilian afik4333 who was attempting to
enter the courtroom, but was shot and killed wrongfully, which also could’ve been through a misfire as Deputy
First Class CheezIt110 was right in front of the afik4333. Additionally, at the same time, Lieutenant
AhmadKapalot was identified attempting to investigate the gunfire occurring right outside the courtroom, and
after the defendant retreated to the staircase to gain a tactical advantage, Lieutenant AhmadKapalot is
additionally shot and killed after attempting to subdue the suspect. Lastly, Corporal ab_bae was met as the
victim of this shooting after she attempted to protect the courtroom and was, additionally, shot and killed by the
shooter, defendant sniiperace.
