charge the defendant;
COUNT ONE - SECOND-DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY

On February 7th, 2023, the defendant shot and killed Mr. Jay_McClau, a Resident of the State of
Ridgeway, at the YOUBUYCARNOW dealership in the city of Sterling while possessing a
government-issued rifle without proper authorization. Acts of unauthorized possession of such
government-issued equipment is a felony therefore, the defendant shot and killed Mr. Jay_McClau
during the commission of the felonious possession, making this an act dangerous to human life during
the commission of a felony.
COUNT TWO - SECOND-DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
MAX SENTENCE - 35 MINUTES
On February 7th, 2023, the defendant shot and killed Mr. Boatlink, a Resident of the State of Ridgeway,
at the YOUBUYCARNOW dealership in the city of Sterling while possessing a government-issued rifle
without proper authorization. Acts of unauthorized possession of such government-issued equipment is a
felony therefore, the defendant shot and killed Mr. Boatlink during the commission of the felonious
possession, making this an act dangerous to human life during the commission of a felony.
COUNT THREE - UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF GOVERNMENT-ISSUED EQUIPMENT
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
MAX SENTENCE - 25 MINUTES
On February 7th, 2023, the defendant was in possession of a Stetson M2-A rifle, considered a
government-issued firearm, while not authorized to possess government-issued equipment as the
defendant is not currently employed in any law enforcement agency.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
On February 7th, 2023, the defendant Mr. BenoitGrisoni, intentionally and knowingly killed two
residents of the State of Ridgeway using a government-issued Stetson M2-A rifle. The shooting with the
defendant's involvement occurred at the YOUBUYCARNOW in Sterling Heights.
In Exhibit A, at 00:48 seconds, the defendant can be seen for the first time sitting in the driver’s side rear
passenger seat of a black Actila parked near the vehicle spawners of the YOUBUYCARNOW
dealership. Shortly after, the defendant can be identified as he gets out of the vehicle. After getting out,
the defendant proceeds to fire upon Mr. Jay_McClau using a Stetson M2-A rifle. Another suspect, Mr.
JacquesMariani then appears after getting out of the same black Actila the defendant was in. Mr.
JacquesMariani can be seen immediately firing at Mr. Jay_McClau also using a Stetson M2-A rifle. The
defendant’s and Mr. JacquesMariani’s gunfire caused the death of Mr. Jay_McClau. Immediately after, a
blue Lancaster arrives in the YOUBUYCARNOW parking lot. The driver, and only occupant of the
vehicle, is Mr. Boatlink. After getting out of his vehicle, Mr. Boatlink is immediately shot and killed by
the defendant. The defendant then flees the scene in a black Actila.
