STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
This is a statement of probable cause to be filled out by the investigating officer. They should
briefly discuss their experience and then the events that they investigated. The statement should not
exceed one page in length.
My name is Rainy_54, I’m currently employed in the Tactical Support Unit as an Operative. I’ve been
with the Ridgeway State Police for over a year and a half now. I’ve been in the investigative field for
over a year now. I was formerly employed in PPD and I served as an Internal Affairs Investigator. I was
the former SBI Special Agent-in-Charge for a year and then resigned. I’m a LETC Class 3 graduate and
I’m certified to be a Peace Officer in this state. I have the probable cause to believe in the following:
On January 27th, I was informed that a SW was available to be executed in game and I was prompted to
join the game. The individual that had the SW was “burritobrawler222.” I executed the warrant and
wrote the receipt up promptly. This is the receipt that lists all of the unlawful items that were seized
during the SW.
