Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and
therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNT ONE - 5 R.C.C. § 08b - Unlawful Stockpile of Government-Issued Equipment
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
On the 27th of January, 2023, at the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office, the defendant possessed x5 PI
9mm and x5 PI 5.56, which are police-grade pieces of equipment, all in the trunk of a Civilian Percival
Taxi with the license plate XCG153, which is an off-duty and civilian storage device.
COUNT TWO - 5 R.C.C. § 08 - Unlawful Possession of Government-Issued Equipment
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
On the 27th of January, 2023, at the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office, the defendant possessed 1
Stetson M2-A, which is a police-grade piece of equipment, in the trunk of a Red Rodeo Covered with
the license plate CHE189, which is an off-duty and civilian storage device.
COUNT THREE - 5 R.C.C. § 08 - Unlawful Possession of Government-Issued Equipment
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
On the 27th of January, 2023, at the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office, the defendant possessed 1
Stetson M2-A, which is a police-grade piece of equipment, in the trunk of a Red Rodeo Covered with
the license plate CHE189, which is an off-duty and civilian storage device.

On the 27th of January, 2023, at the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office, the defendant possessed 1

OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
On the 27th of January, 2023, at the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office, the defendant possessed x2 PI
9mm, x5 PI 5.56, and x4 PI Shell Ammo: which are police-grade pieces of equipment, in the trunk of a
Gray Percival with the license plate PVG329, which is an off-duty and civilian storage device.
COUNT SEVEN - 5 R.C.C. § 08b - Unlawful Stockpile of Government-Issued Equipment
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
On the 27th of January, 2023, at the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office, the defendant possessed x10 PI
9mm, which are police-grade pieces of equipment, in the trunk of a Blue Lancelot with the license plate
PIV681, which is an off-duty and civilian storage device.
COUNT EIGHT - 5 R.C.C. § 08 - Unlawful Possession of Government-Issued Equipment
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
On the 27th of January, 2023, at the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office, the defendant possessed 1
Stetson M2-A, which is a police-grade piece of equipment, in the trunk of a Gray Lancelot with the
license plate RNX817, which is an off-duty and civilian storage device.
COUNT NINE - 5 R.C.C. § 08 - Unlawful Possession of Government-Issued Equipment
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
On the 27th of January, 2023, at the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office, the defendant possessed 1
