Command: Chief Ranger xXBoomblast339Xx Impaneled Officers: Supervisory Park Ranger TFTGaming Senior Park Ranger CheezIt110 Date: February 8th, 2023 Time N/A SUMMARY OF ALLEGATIONS Please put the name of the offense, its citation, the source of the offense (in Ridgeway State Register Format, if possible) and the penalties for such offense OFFENSE NAME OFFENSE CITATION OFFENSE SRC PENALTY GENERAL STANDARDS POLICY STANDARDS POLICY DEPT POLICY TERMINATION, DISHONORABLE DISCHARGE IN-GAME STANDARDS POLICY STANDARDS POLICY DEPT POLICY TERMINATION, DISHONORABLE DISCHARGE FINDINGS OF FACT (TO BE COMPLETED BY THE IMPANELED OFFICERS) 1) On January 31st, 2023, it was reported to the Ridgeway Park Service Internal Affairs Unit that Park Ranger W_15K had been arrested for First Degree Murder and Attempted Murder. 2) On January 31st, 2023, Park Ranger W_15K was subsequently placed on Administrative Leave and an investigation was launched. 3) On January 31st, 2023, Park Ranger Syneths began the investigation and sustained the summary disposition of the investigation. 4) On January 31st, 2023, Park Ranger Syneths completed the investigation and sustained the following violations on the Final Disposition: a) Violation of Handbook “General Standards Policy” b) Violation of Handbook “In-Game Standards Policy” 5) It was recommended by the Internal Affairs Unit that Park Ranger W_15K be dishonourably discharged from the Ridgeway Park Service. 6) The recommendation was approved by Superintendent robloxwolf123and an Administrative Hearing Report was filed. 7) Exhibit A shows the Ridgeway Park Service Internal Affairs case report on W_15K. The report goes over the investigation that was conducted by Park Ranger Syneths. The report goes over the departmental policies that W_15K violated. Included in the report is a Finding of facts which details the actions of W_15K. Which includes the investigation and incident. 8) Exhibit B a screenshot is shown displaying the record status of W_15K. 9) Exhibit C a screenshot is shown with the testimony for Natedog9982. 10) Exhibit D a screenshot is shown with the testimony of W_15K. 11) Exhibit E a screenshot is shown with the testimony of W_15K (continued). 12) Exhibits F and G are both screenshots with the testimony of ConstantlyVerbal.
