Come forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and therein
charge defendant r9kv;
COUNT THREE - AIDING AND ABETTING
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
MAX SENTENCE - 15 MINUTES
On January 2nd, 2023, in Oakland Residential Limits, the Defendant aided the murder and armed
robbery of the complainant by driving his co-conspirator and facilitating the crime.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
I have been serving as a Law Enforcement Officer within the Ridgeway State Police since 04/24/22.
Whilst serving within the Ridgeway State Police, I have progressed into the rank of Senior Trooper
within the Ridgeway State Police. Throughout my time as a Law Enforcement Officer, I have been
tasked with the detainment of felony fugitives and the determination of charges to effect an arrest.
This statement is made in support of a criminal complaint r9kv for violations of the aforementioned
statutes.
On 01/02/23, Hitherwguys had observed the defendants drive up to their vehicle, attempt to extort them
into providing money, and then get shot by EctopIex, a collaborator of the crime, using a micro-uzi.
In Exhibit A, r9kv is observed driving a Blue Cavela accompanied by Ectoplex to an SPS Driver’s Van
in Sterling Hood. Ectoplex attempts to extort the driver to give 500 dollars, or else he would face
repercussions. After a few seconds, Ectoplex shoots the Complainant, looting their personal effects from
the corpse. r9kv aided and abetted the actions as they had driven the primary suspect there and were
passively involved in the act of extortion.

near a vehicle owned by an SPS driver, identified as Complainant.
2. Timestamp (0:10)- Defendant 1 threatens the Complainant saying,’ driver….you pay us
500 each….or we ruin your shift.’
3. Timestamp (0:15)- Defendant 1 shoots Complainant using a micro-uzi, whilst Defendant
2 watches.
