To whom it may concern,
Department Management is writing this letter in accordance with S1-028, Employee Desertion
Act.
On the 25th of January, Road Operations [ROU] Manager YouFoundSeal requested an ‘exile
search’ for employee SteveRWallace due to them receiving 3 activity warnings. All Transit
Authority employees are required to go through an exile search as per Policy 102-6.3 [See RCTA
Handbook].
Tow Operations Unit [TOU] Supervisor ToxiEzPz was assigned to his search and attempted to
contact him. Receiving no response he tried to contact SteveRWallace again on the 29th of
January and 9th of February. Later that day Supervior ToxiEzPz gave SteveRWallace one final
chance to respond to no avail.
The Ridgeway County Transit Authority’s Department Management is requesting a dishonorable
discharge for violating RCTA Policy 102-6.3 and 102-7.3.
