FINDINGS OF FACT

1) On February 2nd, 2023 the Ridgeway County Sheriff's Office recieved a complaint with
allegations against Deputy W_15K stating that he was intentionally violating RCSO Code
of Conduct Section 2.03 ["Use of Force Violation"] and RCSO Code of Conduct Section
1.06 ["General Handbook Violation Class II"].
2) An Investigation was launched to look into the allegations against Deputy W_15K.
3) Once Investigators reviewed Exhibit A which shows the deputy causing the death of
multiple firefighters at the Ridgeway County Fire Department, it had been determined
that the Deputy was intentionally in violation of RCSO Code of Conduct Section 2.03
["Use of Force Violation"] and RCSO Code of Conduct Section 1.06 ["General
Handbook Violation Class II"].
4) Exhibit A is a Medal clip of the Deputy at the Ridgeway County Fire Department casuing
the death of multiple firefighters.
5) Exhibit B is the final case determination of the Deputy by the Internal Affairs Division.
