FINDINGS OF FACT

1) On January 20th, 2023, it was reported to the Ridgeway Park Service Internal Affairs
Unit that Volunteer Park Ranger IBroughtYouMyBuIIets had violated numerous laws
off-duty and went onto the RPS team to avoid peace officers.
2) On January 20th, 2023, Volunteer Park Ranger IBroughtYouMyBuIIets was subsequently
placed on Administrative Leave and an investigation was launched.
3) On January 20th, 2023, Senior Park Ranger Arventize began the investigation and
sustained the summary disposition of the investigation.
4) On January 31st, 2023, Senior Park Ranger Arventize completed the investigation and
sustained the following violations on the Final Disposition:
a) Violation of Handbook “Conduct Policy”
b) Violation of Handbook “General Standards Policy”
c) Violation of Handbook “In-Game Standards Policy”
5) It was recommended by the Internal Affairs Unit that Volunteer Park Ranger
IBroughtYouMyBuIIets be generally discharged from the Ridgeway Park Service.
6) After multiple attempts from RPS IA rangers to organise a discharge search,
IBroughtYouMyBuIIets failed to respond and refused to complete a department search.
7) For refusing department search, the disposition was amended to a dishonourable
discharge and Violation of Handbook “Departmental Vehicle and Seizure Policy” was
added.
8) The recommendation was approved by Assistant Superintendent ConstantlyVerbal and an
Administrative Hearing Report was filed.
9) Exhibit A shows the Ridgeway Park Service Internal Affairs case report on
IBroughtYouMyBuIIets. The report goes over the investigation that was conducted by
Senior Park Ranger Arventize. The report goes over the departmental policies that
IBroughtYouMyBuIIets violated. Included in the report is a Finding of facts which details
the actions of IBroughtYouMyBuIIets. Which includes the investigation and incident.
10) Exhibit B shows a video of the ranger committing crimes off duty and driving away to
RPS.
11) Exhibit C shows a video of the ranger being held by a trooper for their crimes.
12) Exhibit D shows the arrest report of the ranger.
13) Exhibit E shows the interview between the investigator and the detaining trooper.
14) Exhibits F and G both show the ranger refusing to respond to investigators for their
search,
