GROUNDS FOR MOTION
The defense hereby submits a motion for continuance in order to grant adequate time for counsel to review any
and all evidence and to set up a proper defense, as is the defendant’s constitutional right. The continuance shall
last no more than seventy-two (72) hours, in which a reply shall be provided to the plaintiff’s complaint and a
defense shall be established.
