COUNT ONE - 1 R.C.C. § 3.09 - First-Degree Murder
OFFENSE TYPE: FELONY
MAX SENTENCE: 35 Minutes
On the 14th of November, 2022, at the Palmer Car Dealership, the defendant killed on-duty
peace officer ab_bae using a Stetson M2A, with the knowledge ab_bae was a peace officer
discharging official duties. The defendant didn’t have any legal reason to kill ab_bae.
COUNT TWO - 1 R.C.C. § 3.10 - Second-Degree Murder
OFFENSE TYPE: FELONY
MAX SENTENCE: 30 Minutes
On the 14th of November, 2022, at the Palmer Car Dealership, the defendant intentionally
killed Some_Dudd using a Stetson M2A, while Some_Dudd was on foot, posing no threat.
COUNT THREE - 1 R.C.C. § 3.10 - Second-Degree Murder
OFFENSE TYPE: FELONY
MAX SENTENCE: 30 Minutes
On the 14th of November, 2022, at the Palmer Car Dealership, the defendant, armed with a
Stetson M2A, jumped onto Some_Dudd’s vehicle and intentionally killed Some_Dudd, for
no legal reason.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
My name is Detective sincere1224 and I have been serving with the Palmer Police Department
for around 6-7 months, most of that time being in the Special Investigations Unit.
On the date of January the 2nd at around the time of 4:21 PM EST, SIU received a case from a
complainant by the name of Some-Dudd, in short, stating that a the Defendant by the name of
Eljiah8568, at the Palmer Car Dealership, committed multiple acts of different Degrees of
murder. As well as him apparently dealing to other individuals at the Car Dealership. After
investigating these claims, I find the above charges appropriate for the Defendant and the
reasons for that I will get into right now. At the timestamp provided in the clip that is also
provided for the FDM charge, the Defendant Elijah8568 can be seen armed with a M2A, opening
fire on a Palmer Police Department Officer by the name of Ab_bae. For the first SDM charge at
the timestamp provided by the Defendant, Elijah8568 can be seen after killing the PPD officer,
proceeding to kill a civilian by the name of Some_Dudd, who is also the complainant. In a
separate situation for the 2nd SDM charge, the defendant Elijah8568 can be coming from the
back of what I presume to be his gridlock armed with a M2A, which he used to kill the
Complainant Some_Dudd shortly after hopping on their vehicle. For the last charge which is
unlawful possession of police-grade equipment, throughout all of the clips the Defendant can be
seen with an M2A which is police grade equipment.
