ORDER
The government declined to enter a reply to the accused’s motion to set aside
conviction. Having heard the evidence, I agree with the government’s decision and I
appreciate their objectivity and integrity. The convictions on second-degree murder,
assault with a deadly weapon, and vandalism against the accused, Proceed101, in cause
No. RSC-CM-899 are set aside. A new trial is ordered.
