AFFIDAVIT IN SUPPORT OF MOTION FOR POSTCONVICTION RELIEF

Defednant PROCEED101, hereby declares under penalty of perjury, pursuant to R.C.C § 1.05 that the
following statements are true and correct:
1. That I am a defendant in the matter of State of Ridgeway v. Proceed101. As part of these criminal
proceedings, the Court appointed a public defender, Arthur Chen, to represent me.
2. The appointed public defender argued at trial that what was entered into evidence did not show the
events leading up to the incident.
3. I was convicted by the Court on all charges tried for, including murder and assault.
4. Following conviction, I learned appointed counsel made no attempt in contacting the sole
nonvictim witness, Mr. TrumpTheBuilder, to the alleged incident for which I was convicted.
5. Mr. TrumpTheBuilder informed police I was acting in lawful self-defense in taking the actions I
was charged for. This police interview transcript was entered into discovery. Mr. Chen was aware
of this witness information when deciding to argue that I acted lawfully the day of the incident—
which could have been sustained by this witness’ testimony.
6. Mr. TrumpTheBuilder, following trial, informed me that Mr. Chen never once contacted him. At
this point I learned that Mr. Chen was actively suing Mr. TrumpTheBuilder during the criminal
proceedings against me. In these civil proceedings, Mr. Chen had alleged serious charges against
Mr. TrumpTheBuilder.
7. Mr. Chen never once disclosed these civil proceedings against Mr. TrumpTheBuilder to me. If I
had known at any point, I would’ve asked my attorney to withdraw from the matter.
