ORDER FOR CONDITIONAL RELEASE
The following terms shall be enforced from 10:30:00 EST, on this 12th day of February, 2023, up to but
no further than when a verdict in the matter of State of Ridgeway v. Proceed101 (RSC-CM-899) is
returned and filed:
1. Defendant shall not possess, own, purchase, or otherwise manipulate a weapon of any kind.
Including firearms, melee weapons, etc.
2. Defendant shall not accumulate any further arrest.
3. Defendant MUST surrender any and all weapons as outlined in Clause 1 of this order to the
Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office at or before the 13th day of February, 2023 at no later than
11:59:59 PM EST.
If Defendant fails to comply with the aforementioned orders in their entirety, Defendant shall be arrested
for contempt of court, and receive other punishments as the court deems fit.
SO ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED.
