OTHER PENDING CASES: None.
VICTIM IMPACT STATEMENT:
Victim Statement: Proceed101's crimes against me were unacceptable. Prior to the incident captured on
recording, the defendant targeted me maliciously after I exercised self-defense against him for attempting to
bludgeon me with a fire axe, likely in an attempt to steal my property. The defendant later orchestrated a
premeditated attack on me while I was conducting business in Sterling. I was boxed in by several vehicles, one of
which was driven by the defendant. Proceed101 proceeded to attack me violently, causing my death and damage
to property. After this crime, I waged a civil lawsuit against the defendant. The defendant was completely
remorseless and refused to comply with the demands of the court, causing him to be held in contempt. Despite
the suffering I had already endured at that point, the defendant was waging yet another attack on me in the form
of wasted time. Clearly, Proceed101 acted recklessly, with disregard to human life, and with disregard to the laws
of this Great State of Ridgeway.
Loss Report: Victim accrued $50 in losses due to the damage suffered on their vehicle.
SUMMARY RISK EVALUATION:

with the offenses the suspect is being charged with, criminal history, and victim
statements.
FINAL RISK THIS INDIVIDUAL IS OF HIGH - EXTREMELY HIGH RISK OF RECIDIVISM
Characteristics: This offender has a grievous criminal record and a history of poor decision-making in regard
to vehicular crimes, physical assault, and firearms possession. This offender has made no attempt to make up
for their previous wrongdoings in the form of voluntary employment, vocational training, or pursuit of higher
