CRIMINAL COMPLAINT
Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and
therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNT ONE - 3 R.C.C. § 10 - SECOND DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
On December 18, 2022, in the City of Oakland, Ridgeway County, the Defendant utilized his vehicle to
ram the vehicle of Ronnie2347 outside of the Sterling Gun Club and to block a possible route for egress.
Defendant then immediately exited his vehicle and utilized an Axe to break through the window of
Ronnie2347’s vehicle, striking Ronnie2347 with the Axe on multiple occasions, causing severe bodily
injury. The Defendant proceeded to subsequently chase down the Complainant, further injuring him with
an Axe, afterward intentionally and knowingly causing Ronnie2347's death.
COUNT TWO - 3 R.C.C. § 03 - ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
On December 18, 2022, in the City of Oakland, Ridgeway County, the Defendant utilized his Axe to
cause serious bodily injury to Ronnie2347, repeatedly striking him with his Axe throughout the duration
of the nearly 1-minute long assault.
COUNT THREE - 4 R.C.C. § 07 - VANDALISM
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
On December 18, 2022, in the City of Oakland, Ridgeway County, the Defendant utilized his vehicle to
ram the vehicle of Ronnie2347 outside of the Sterling Gun Club and blocking a possible route for egress.
Defendant then immediately exited his vehicle and utilized an Axe to deliberately break through the
glass windows of Ronnie2347’s car, causing deliberate destruction and damage to Ronnie2347’s private
property.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
On January 2nd, the Department of Justice received a video detailing an incident that occurred
on December 18th, 2022, at or around 8:15 PM. The video depicts two Lancasters ramming into
Ronnie2347’s Actila near the Sterling Gun Club. Both vehicles box Ronnie’s car in, after which Ronnie
promptly exits while saying “Say Cheese”. Proceed101 shortly exits another vehicle, standing on top of
it while holding an ax out. TrumpTheBuilder stays in the other vehicle and acknowledges that Ronnie is
filming them, to which Proceed replies “LOL”. Proceed then runs up to Ronnie and hits him with the
aforementioned ax multiple times, knocking him to the ground. He then runs back to the cars, and
Ronnie cautiously approaches saying “ryanjsyndicate is going to love this.” Trump states that he is
going to get an ax so “they don’t revoke”, presumably talking about his RFLID and the possibility of
revocation after a violent gun crime. He is also in possession of a Barrage 1014, which supports this
assertion. He then moves towards the SGC ATM to withdraw money. Shortly thereafter, Proceed
resumes swinging at Ronnie, and both run towards the gun club parking lot before Proceed once more
knocks Ronnie down and kills him.
Upon interview, Ronnie, Complainant, stated that he had previous encounters with both Proceed
and TrumpTheBuilder. Complainant recounted that he had bought a gun from SGC a few minutes prior,
at which point Proceed101 began swinging an ax at him. Ronnie used his firearm and killed Proceed in
self-defense, at which point multiple attacks against him from both individuals began. While this is not
confirmed with any evidence, it is a heavily plausible story supported by the nature of the attack against
the complainant and the reputation that both Proceed101 and TrumpTheBuilder have.
Nevertheless, the details of the attack alone show premeditation and conspiracy. Trump and
Proceed both coordinated to box Ronnie’s car in and force him to exit. Trump clearly knowingly and
willfully aided Proceed101 in committing this murder, and the close association of the two and reported
previous encounters clearly demonstrate an agreement to commit this crime. By the very nature of using
an ax that deals low damage, an attacker has ample opportunity to consider their actions. Proceed also
waited on top of his car before initially attacking Ronnie, giving him significant time to consider his
actions. He also temporarily backed off mid-attack before resuming it, offering an opportunity for
reflection and demonstrating premeditation.
