MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
The Plea Deal is accepted by the Court. THEREFORE, the Defendant will therefore
serve a total of 30 minutes combined incarceration and he will pay $950 restitution to the
complainant unseenarmy and 6 hours of community service under the supervision of the
RCTA.
SO ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED.
