Come forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and therein
charge the defendant;
COUNT ONE - SECOND-DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
MAX SENTENCE - 35 MINUTES
On the date of November 7th, 2022, at The Hub, within Sterling the Defendant is shown in the act of
unlawfully discharging his stenson-M1 while knowingly and intentionally causing the death of Resident
unseenarmy, while the victim was presenting no harm.
COUNT TWO - GRAND THEFT
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
MAX SENTENCE - 20 MINUTES
On the date of November 7th, 2022, at the location of The Hub within Sterling limits, the Defendant is
seen intentionally taking $500 off the ground and body of the Resident unseenarmy, after they had sold
their crops.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
It was on November 7th, 2022, where the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office, Criminal Investigations Division
was made aware of the actions taken by Defendant HighZanderplays. These actions by the Defendant took
place at the location of the The hub within Sterling City limits. The evidence presented is a respective medal
clip, recorded by Resident and victim unseenarmy. Thus in Exhibit A under the Appendix of evidence were
introduced to these said events. Continuing this, Exhibit B and C were the interviews conducted by the Criminal
Investigations Division with both the witness and informant, found under the Appendix of evidence.
Within Exhibit A under the Appendix of Evidence the Defendant HighZanderplays knowingly and thoughtfully
unlawfully discharged his Stenson M1-A immediately after it had been drawn. This dangerous act taken by the
defendant in discharging his firearm was without a proper permit, nor in the act of self-defense of which was in
a reckless manner causing the immediate death of the victim. The informant unseenarmy was on his usual route
of creating a profit upon selling crops within Ridgeway, wasn’t alarmed of anything out of the ordinary. As the
victim, unseenarmy finishes his matters the Defendant quickly and intentionally enters the building unlawfully
discharging his Stenson M1 and quickly causing the immediate death of the victim with severe bodily harm.
Again under Exhibit A within the appendix of evidence it’s seen that the Defendant HighZanderplays take a
total of 500$ from the body of the victim, of which this total being at or above 500$ there is probable cause to
apply the charge of Grand Theft.
The Criminal Investigations Division made an attempt to conduct a voluntary interview with the Defendant
HighZanderplays, however he believed that after mention of “The hub” that said interview, wasn’t in the best
interest for him. Although other interview’s regarding these events on November 7th, 2022 including a witness
“PooPilled '' and the informant were conducted.
In conclusion, the knowledge and understanding of this statement of probable cause was based on Exhibit A, B,
and C from the Appendix of evidence. This evidence was submitted to the Criminal Investigations Division
alongside the interviews and statements made. With the actions the Defendant HighZanderplays made at The
Hub within Sterling city limits, and the video recordings of such allows for this statement of probable cause.
