On December 23rd, 2022, in Sterling Heights of Ridgeway County, the defendant, in a Black Actila,
drove towards Trooper Matrix_oc and Deputy Demolizers, who were performing a lawful traffic stop.
The defendant then proceeded to engage his parking brake before stepping out of his vehicle and killing
Trooper Matrix_oc, a uniformed on-duty peace officer conducting official duties during a traffic stop,
with his firearm, without legal justification.
COUNT TWO - 3 S.C.C § 09 - FIRST-DEGREE MURDER

On December 23rd, 2022, in Sterling Heights of Ridgeway County, the defendant, in a Black Actila,
drove towards Trooper Matrix_oc and Deputy Demolizers, who were performing a lawful traffic stop.
The defendant then proceeded to engage his parking brake before stepping out of his vehicle and killing
Deputy Demolizers, a uniformed on-duty peace officer conducting official duties during a traffic stop,
with his firearm, without legal justification.

On December 23rd, 2022, in Sterling Heights of Ridgeway County, the defendant jumped over the RCSO
substation fence and then proceeded to kill Deputy poxpaa, a uniformed on-duty peace officer
conducting official duties by transporting a detained individual, with his firearm, without legal
justification.
COUNT FOUR - 3 S.C.C § 09 - FIRST-DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY

On December 23rd, 2022, in Sterling Heights of Ridgeway County, the defendant jumped over the RCSO
substation fence and then proceeded to kill Deputy startrooper2345, a uniformed on-duty peace officer
conducting official duties by transporting a detained individual, with his firearm, without legal
justification.
COUNT FIVE - 3 S.C.C § 09 - FIRST-DEGREE MURDER

On December 23rd, 2022, in Sterling Heights of Ridgeway County, the defendant in his pink snow plow
vehicle, was approached by Military Police officers. The defendant then proceeded to jump out of his
vehicle after being approached by an officer and then killed Military Police Officer Matrix_oc, a
uniformed on-duty peace officer conducting official duties in detaining the defendant, with his firearm,
without legal justification.
COUNT SIX - 3 S.C.C § 09 - FIRST-DEGREE MURDER

On December 23rd, 2022, in Sterling Heights of Ridgeway County, the defendant in his pink snow plow
vehicle, was approached by Military Police officers. The defendant then proceeded to jump out of his
vehicle after being approached by an officer and then killed Military Police Officer jyoungbird, a
uniformed on-duty peace officer conducting official duties in detaining the defendant, with his firearm,
without legal justification.
COUNT SEVEN - 2 S.C.C § 07 - OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
MAX SENTENCE - 20 MINUTES
On December 23rd, 2022, in Sterling Heights of Ridgeway County, the defendant interfered with and
hindered law enforcement as they performed their duties conducting a lawful traffic stop by hindering
the completion of a citation from being issued as a result of the defendant killing the officers.
COUNT EIGHT - 2 S.C.C § 07 - OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
MAX SENTENCE - 20 MINUTES
On December 23rd, 2022, in Sterling Heights of Ridgeway County, the defendant interfered with and
hindered law enforcement as they performed their duties transporting a detained individual by hindering
the completion of the individual from being transported safely to the RCSO substation to be processed as
a result of the defendant killing the officers.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE

knowing that false statements on this form are punishable by law, state that the facts contained herein are true. Your
affiant has probable cause to believe that on 12/23/22, at Sterling Heights in Ridgeway County, State of Ridgeway,
defendant d_arkshadws committed one or more criminal offense(s):
(6) counts of 3 R.S.C. §309 FIRST DEGREE MURDER
(1) count of 3 R.S.C. §7 OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE
Your affiant, being duly sworn, depose and state that the facts supporting this belief are as follows:
1. I have been serving as a Law Enforcement Officer within the Ridgeway State Police since
04/24/22. Whilst serving within the Ridgeway State Police, I have progressed into the rank of
Senior Trooper within the Ridgeway State Police. Throughout my time as a Law Enforcement
Officer, I have been tasked with the detainment of felony fugitives and the determination of
charges to effect an arrest.
2. This statement is made in support of a criminal complaint against d_rkshadws for violations of
the aforementioned statutes.
3. In Exhibit A, Trooper Matrix_oc appears to be carrying out a traffic stop on Proceed101 with
Deputy Demolizer at the scene for assistance. In the course of executing this traffic stop,
Defendant d_rkshadws arrives at the scene in a Black Actila, exits his vehicle and shoots both
officers using a Stetson M2-A rifle. He proceeds to tell the subject of the traffic stop that he is
‘free to go.’ In Exhibit A, the defendant is portrayed as committing two counts of First Degree
Murder and a count of Obstruction of Justice, in that he prevented the Officers from executing a
traffic stop.
4. In Exhibit B, Trooper Matrix_oc appears to be taking detained suspect Proceed101 to RCSO
Sub-Station in handcuffs, being driven by Deputy startrooper2345. When he exits his vehicle,
Defendant d_rkshadws jumps over the fence, equips his Stetson M2-A and kills two officers
present in the Station Parking. They committed two counts of First Degree Murder.
5. In Exhibit C, Guardsmen Matrix_oc appears to follow a Pink Snow Plow that had been reported
to kill Trooper 1633156. Upon exiting his vehicle to apprehend the suspect, the defendant
d_rkshadws exits his vehicle and kills Guardsmen Matrix_oc. He then kills Guardsmen
jyoungbird after he exits the vehicle to try and subdue the suspect.
