Come forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and therein
charge the defendant;
COUNT ONE - 3 R.C.C. § 10 - SECOND-DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY

In Exhibit A, the Defendant was seen exiting his vehicle outside the Palmer Mechanic, jumping ontop of
stealminor’s vehicle, and subsequently shooting him multiple times until he died - intentionally causing
stealminor’s death, constituting second-degree murder, due to the fact that it does not seem to be
premeditated.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
My name is Detective Sergeant Maxthatzombie with the Palmer Police Department’s Special
Investigations Unit. I am a graduate of Class 1 of the Law Enforcement Training Center and have been
employed within the Palmer Police Department as well as the Ridgeway State Police, spending time in
numerous roles.
I have been employed with the Special Investigations Unit for a while now, and have investigated
numerous criminal cases. I have extensive knowledge of law enforcement investigations and a
reasonable understanding of criminal law and legal procedure. Supported by this extensive knowledge, I
have probable cause to believe the following:
The Department of Justice received a criminal tip from an individual called stealminors, which involved
a video recording of an interaction between him and BillSciortino. In this video, it showed both
individuals inside of their vehicle next to the Palmer Mechanic. It then shows BillSciortino exit his
vehicle, and jumping ontop of stealminor’s vehicle. BillSciortino subsequently began drawing a Barrage
1014 semi-automatic shotgun. BillSciortino then discharged his firearm intentionally into stealminor
multiple times, causing his death.
The charge of Second Degree Murder is justified due to the fact that BillSciortino intentionally caused
the death of stealminor by shooting stealminor at a very close distance with a shotgun. From the
evidence upon me, it looks as if the crime was not premeditated, therefore only constituting Second
Degree Murder.
The charge of Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm is justified due to the fact that BillSciortino intentionally
discharged his firearm within the City of Palmer, without legal justification for such.
