Come forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and therein
charge the defendant;
COUNT ONE - 3 R.C.C. § 10 - SECOND-DEGREE MURDER

In Exhibit A, the Defendant was seen exiting his vehicle at the Palmer Gas Station, utilizing a Stetson
M1 rifle to shoot and intentionally kill reachmasterable.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
My name is Detective Sergeant Maxthatzombie with the Palmer Police Department’s Special
Investigations Unit. I am a graduate of Class 1 of the Law Enforcement Training Center and have been
employed within the Palmer Police Department as well as the Ridgeway State Police, spending time in
numerous roles.
I have been employed with the Special Investigations Unit for a while now, and have investigated
numerous criminal cases. I have extensive knowledge of law enforcement investigations and a
reasonable understanding of criminal law and legal procedure. Supported by this extensive knowledge, I
have probable cause to believe the following:
Reachmasterable made a report to the Department of Justice about a criminal act within the City of
Palmer. Within such report, there was evidence that on the date of December 10, 2022, reachmasterable
was driving around the City of Palmer in his Tremor. Reachmasterable then drove into the Palmer Gas
Station, and began to fill up his vehicle’s tank. Subsequently, he was ambushed by the Defendant, who
drew and fired a Stetson M1 Rifle. The Defendant shot his firearm multiple times at Reachmasterable,
causing his death.
This constitutes Second Degree Murder due to the fact that the Defendant intentionally shot at
Reachmasterable, multiple times with a rifle - a deadly firearm, so that it caused Reachmasterable’s
death.
This constitutes Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm due to the fact that the Defendant discharged a firearm
within the City of Palmer, without any legal justification to do so - in fact, it was done during the
commission of another crime.
