OFFICE OF JUDGE ALEX J. CABOT
RIDGEWAY SUPERIOR COURT
ALEX J. CABOT
SUPERIOR COURT JUDGE
In Re Certified Question in the matters of xLazerify v. StudsPerSecond and epidermisgupta69 v.
icitruzx
Following arguments by both parties I believe it is appropriate to refer this question for
the Court’s consideration under Rule 22 of the Supreme Court Rules to resolve the issue and to
prevent the possibility of erroneous horizontal precedent.
I therefore submit the following questions in good faith:
1. Should insufficiently pleaded facts in a civil complaint only result in a dismissal with
prejudice?
2. Are the prerequisites for a civil complaint met in both xLazerify and epidermisgupta69?
3. Are the prerequisites and requirements in Twombly and Ibqal relaxed for pro se litigants
and to what extent?
Yours sincerely,
HON ALEX J. CABOT
SUPERIOR COURT JUDGE
