CIVIL COMPLAINT

Supsunny99, proceeding with counsel, hereby brings this civil action and for their
allegations against the Defendant, it is alleged as follows:
STATEMENT OF FACTS
1. On the 3rd of January, 2023 the Plaintiff was running to Bloxmart, seemingly minding his
own business, not bothering anyone, but simply being.
2. The Plaintiff had business to tend to within Bloxmart in which the Plaintiff can be seen
withdrawing money to purchase multiple crowbars.
3. Once finished purchasing his items, the Plaintiff can be seen exiting Bloxmart along with
another citizen.
4. At no point did Plaintiff charge at anyone with the crowbar, swing the crowbar, and or
cause any threat to the public, anyone in the surrounding areas, or the Defendant
themselves.
5. The Defendant thereafter took this opportunity to pull out a Micro and shoot and kill the
Plaintiff dead.
6. After killing the Plaintiff, the Defendant then gets into a Green Tremor and drives
towards the Plaintiff’s dead body.
7. Upon exiting the vehicle, the Defendant is seen to have a Micro equipped on their back.
8. The defendant then steals the Plaintiff’s crowbar and money off of the plaintiff’s dead
body.
JURISDICTION AND VENUE
9. Venue is proper because this Court has jurisdiction over where the alleged tortuous
actions took place; the State of Ridgeway. Of which is an in-game jurisdiction
subject to the laws of the State Of Ridgeway.
10. This Court has jurisdiction to hear this case pursuant to Article V, Section IV of the
Constitution of the State of Ridgeway.
11. The alleged violations are common law and statutory law violations against the plaintiff.

PARTIES
12. Supsunny99 (“Mr. Sunny”) is a Citizen within the State of Ridgeway, and a blue-collar
working individual who resides in Palmer, Ridgeway. Mr. Sunny is a long-time enthusiast
of Ridgeway, and intends to get involved in the community in the near future.
13. Defendant Removelungs is a Citizen within the State of Ridgeway.
PLAINTIFF IS PERMITTED TO SUE
DESPITE CITIZENSHIP STATUS
14. Under the 14th amendment to the United States Constitution, all persons in the United
States, and by extension, all regions therein, are subject to equal protection under the law.
In the current reading of the State of Ridgeway Constitution, the State of Ridgeway is a
part of that union. Accordingly, the 14th amendment must be upheld in this Court.
15. In Boddie v. Connecticut, 401 U. S. 371 (1971), the Supreme Court held that access to
the courts is universal, and must not be disallowed to any person. The limiting of
“frivolous litigation” is not grounds for the dismissal of any demographic’s ability to file
suit. Furthermore, in Plyler v. Doe, 457 U. S. 202 (1982) the Supreme Court held that
non-citizens are people "in any ordinary sense of the term" and, therefore, are afforded
Fourteenth Amendment protections.
16. Under no circumstances should the basic right to file a suit be constricted by this court, as
it is translucently afforded by the Constitution of the United States of America.
CAUSES OF ACTIONS
First Cause of Action
1 R. Stat. § 3109 — Wrongful Death
17. Plaintiff re-alleges the allegations set forth in Paragraphs 4, 5, & 7 above and
incorporates the same herein by reference.
18. Defendant, Removelungs, shot and killed the Plaintiff with his Micro when the Plaintiff
posed no threat to life or threatened the Defendant in any regard. The Defendant lacked
any legal justification to kill the Plaintiff.
TORTS AND PRAYERS FOR RELIEF
19. The Plaintiff is suing the defendant for the following torts:
a. 1 R. Stat. § 3109 - Wrongful Death
20. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for 1 R. Stat. § 3109 be as follows:
a. $2,500 in in-game currency in punitive and compensatory damages.
23. Award to Plaintiff his reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses of litigation; and
24. Such other and further relief as the Court deems appropriate.
