MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
The complaint filed by the plaintiff is dismissed. The counterclaim by the defense
prevails on all counts and the plaintiff is found liable on all counts for reasons including the
unclean hands doctrine. The probable amount of damage the plaintiff would have likely
caused the defendant is successful in his vexatious litigation is further convincing in this
award. THEREFORE, the defendant is awarded declaratory and injunctive relief in the form
of the declaration of plaintiff as a “vexatious litigant” requiring him to seek the sponsoring of
a Bar certified attorney before filing any future civil complaints. Further, the Court awards
the counterclaimant punitive damages in the amount of $2,000 payable directly to the
defendant.
SO ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED.
