THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY RIDGEWAY SUPERIOR COURT POPRBOB, -against- EYEOFTHEBUDDHA, Defendant. Case No. RSC-CV-843 CIVIL COMPLAINT Presiding Judge: Hon. koala4Iife Poprbob, proceeding with counsel hereby brings this civil action and for their allegations against the Defendant, it is alleged as follows: STATEMENT OF FACTS 1. On January 2nd, 2022, Plaintiff was peacefully protesting about the death of hampsterguyrt123, the movement is also known as “Black Fart Matter”, outside the Bloxmart commercial building, located in the City of Palmer. 2. Plaintiff went inside Bloxmart to access the Automated Teller Machine (“ATM”) to donate hampsterguyrt123 money. 3. While Plaintiff was accessing the ATM, Defendant entered the building and took out a firearm, specifically a Salvo, aiming at Plaintiff. 4. Seconds later, Plaintiff died due to the damage caused by Defendant’s Salvo, and lost his Salvo, two (2) boxes of 9mm ammunition and a protest sign. VENUE 5. This Court has jurisdiction to hear this case pursuant to Article V, Section IV of the Constitution of the State of Ridgeway. 6. Venue is proper in this Court because the alleged actions took place in the City of Palmer, Ridgeway County, which is subject to the laws of the State of Ridgeway. PARTIES 7. poprob is a citizen of the State of Ridgeway. 8. eyeofthebuddha is a citizen of the State of Ridgeway. CAUSES OF ACTIONS First Cause of Action 1 R. Stat. § 3103 — Assault 9. Plaintiff re-alleges the allegations set forth in Paragraph 3 above and incorporates the same herein by reference. 10. Defendant eyeofthebuddha entered the commercial building pointing a firearm at Plaintiff, more specifically a Salvo, which is considered a deadly weapon. 11. Plaintiff felt threatened by the display of a deadly weapon. Second Cause of Action 1 R. Stat. § 3109 — Wrongful Death 12. Plaintiff re-alleges the allegations set forth in Paragraphs 3-4 above and incorporates the same herein by reference. 13. Defendant eyeofthebuddha, having pointed his firearm at Plaintiff, proceeded to murder the Plaintiff, who was unarmed and presented no threat to the Defendant’s life, with a Salvo See Exhibit A. 14. Defendant eyeofthebuddha had no legal cause or justification to murder the Plaintiff. PRAYERS FOR RELIEF WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays for the following relief: 1. On the first cause of action, the Plaintiff requests that the relief be as follows: a. $1,500 in in-game currency in punitive damages. 2. On the second cause of action, the Plaintiff requests that the relief be as follows: a. $2,500 in in-game currency in punitive damages. 3. $203 in in-game currency in compensatory damages for the loss of x1 Salvo ($143), x1 box of 9mm ammunition ($35) and x1 Protest Sign ($25). 4. Award Plaintiff any expenses of litigation, including filing fees. 5. Such other and further relief as this court deems just and equitable.
