SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
This settlement agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into by FRISTAPET
(hereinafter“Plaintiff”) and EQUA106 (hereinafter “Defendant”);
WHEREAS, a dispute has arisen between the parties regarding the actions made by Defendant;
and the Plaintiff has complained of damages regarding the incident; and
WHEREAS, the Parties have agreed to resolve the dispute; and
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises, covenants, and conditions
contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
a. The Defendant agrees to pay the Plaintiff $2,100 dollars in-game within five (5) days of
signing this agreement.
b. The Plaintiff agrees to discontinue any and all legal proceedings with prejudice against
the Defendant if the conditions from the Defendant are fulfilled within the allotted time.
c. Plaintiff agrees that he/she will no longer pursue any additional administrative actions,
legal proceedings, or any other mechanism of recourse for any injury allegedly sustained
on December 29th, 2022 as a result of the actions of the Defendant and related to the
proceedings herein.
d. The Defendant agrees to not pursue any counterclaims or other related filings pertaining
to the above-titled case and the events at the issue therein.
e. This Agreement is legal and binding between the Parties as stated above. The Parties
each represent that they have the authority to enter into this Agreement.
f. If any party is found to have violated any clause, sentence, or agreement within this
settlement they agree they are liable for civil damages in civil court for violation of this
contract.
g. In the event that any party violates a provision of this agreement, the other party shall
have the right to continue to pursue legal damages for the events as alleged by the
pleadings in the original case stated herein.
